The role focuses on understanding client needs, aligning solutions to their goals, and identifying opportunities for growth. Ideal Candidate Profile (Experiences) 8+ years in account management, client relationship management, or sales Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Proven record of managing client portfolios and driving growth Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple international accounts while staying organized IT or professional services experience is a plus About You (Attributes) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building Team player who collaborates effortlessly across departments Customer-focused problem solver with commercial acumen Flexible, adaptable, and professional Your Impact Starts Here (Tasks) Manage and grow client accounts, acting as their main point of contact Support AU campaigns by coordinating client requests & project needs Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and track client progress Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Use CRM and PSA systems (including ConnectWise) to manage client activities Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Experience our seamless 100% virtual recruitment process.
