The Role: We are looking for a Junior Admin Manager who will focus on maintaining the company's licenses, permits, and registration, handling procurement and supplier accreditation, overseeing the day-to-day deliverables of the department, and spearheading Occupational Health and Safety initiatives. Responsibilities Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all company licenses, permits, and registrations. Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor accreditation, and purchase monitoring. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure departmental deliverables are met. Spearhead and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and compliance initiatives. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of administrative and compliance records. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for regulatory and operational requirements. Support management in developing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Prepare regular reports and updates on administrative operations, procurement status, and OHS compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 3–4 years of experience in administrative management or a related function. Knowledge of government licensing and permit renewal processes. Familiarity with procurement procedures and supplier accreditation. Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards and compliance. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Able to report onsite in San Antonio, Makati #J-18808-Ljbffr
