We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence, attract qualified leads organically, and build an engaged community around our brand. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who knows how to turn content into conversations and followers into fans. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Develop and execute organic social media strategies that drive inbound leads and build brand awareness. Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts (graphics, videos, reels, stories) across all major platforms. Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and tags daily, responding promptly and authentically to build relationships with followers. Growth & Analytics: Track metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and lead conversions, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Brand Consistency: Ensure all social content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging. Trendspotting: Stay on top of industry and platform trends, adapting content to maximize reach and engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with the Paid Campaign Manager, marketing, design, and operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and lead generation efforts. Requirements Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of organic growth strategies (no paid ads). Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, or similar). Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data. Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with current social media best practices. Success Metrics Steady flow of qualified inbound leads generated via social platforms. Increased organic follower growth month-over-month. Higher engagement rate and meaningful audience interactions.
