Job Description

As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies for multiple high-profile clients. This exciting position offers the opportunity to flex your creative muscles across diverse industries, crafting compelling content that resonates with each client’s unique audience. You’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing trends, creating eye-catching social media posts, designing newsletter templates, and drafting engaging email content. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for 3-5 client accounts across various industries
  • Create and schedule 20-30 engaging social media posts per week, ensuring each aligns with the client’s brand voice and marketing goals
  • Craft 1-2 newsletters weekly, designing captivating templates and writing compelling content
  • Assist in drafting 5-10 client emails per week, adapting your writing style to match each client’s tone
  • Source and curate relevant industry information to inform content creation
  • Collaborate closely with the team lead to ensure all content meets client expectations and brand guidelines
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your versatility across different industries
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to quickly adapt your tone and style to suit various client voices
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing social media content and newsletter templates
  • Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in content ideation
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices
