Job Description:

The Social Media Manager / Admin Assistant is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and documentation, while also managing the company's social media presence. This role ensures smooth office operations and helps maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic admin duties such as scheduling, emails, and data entry.
  • Assist in organizing files, reports, and other office documents.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries on social media pages.
  • Help track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in admin or social media-related work.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site and during night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
