Overview This role is the Operations Analyst (Quick Service Restaurant) at BruntWork. The client is a high-growth, multi-unit quick service restaurant operator with several locations across the Northeast. The position focuses on data-driven analysis of store performance, operational optimization, and support for strategic decision-making. You will extract and interpret data, build reports and models, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities Analyze operational and financial performance across all restaurant locations Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs and trends Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and store-level teams Support ongoing initiatives to optimize labor, inventory, and sales performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and HR Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and performance reviews Recommend improvements based on data to streamline processes and enhance profitability Requirements MUST HAVE QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) EXPERIENCE 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus Ability to interpret large data sets and present clear, concise findings Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Passion for the restaurant industry and an interest in operations Permanent work from home HMO Coverage for eligible locations Immediate hiring Employment details Work arrangement : Work from home (Independent Contractor) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with 1-hour unpaid break Location : New Jersey, Eastern Time Compensation : Approximately PHP 64,000 monthly Benefits and taxes managed by the contractor Note: The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
