The 3PL Management Analyst involves performing daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all systems, applications, and key processes by reviewing logs and reports. The individual is primarily responsible for managing 3PL modules in IeFastrak and Transport Management System (TMS) databases, ensuring compliance with standard business processes and operational requirements.

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or any related field, with a background in data analytics preferred. Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal relations are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure, adapt in a multicultural environment, and build effective relationships. Proficiency in MS Office applications, and experience in reporting, planning, administration, and organizing are highly desirable. Creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking are also key requirements.
