Commissions Analyst

Overview Commissions Analyst (Permanent Work from home) – Lightspeed Commerce. We’re looking for a Commissions Analyst to join our team in Manila. You will be responsible for ensuring all partner commissions are accurate and paid on time, using analytical and problem solving skills to resolve issues and improve operational processes. This role collaborates with internal teams such as Partnerships GTM, Finance, and Information Systems to track performance, reconcile payments, and provide insights about partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee the accurate and timely calculation of partner commissions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and on schedule. Maintain and track commission data, generating reports for internal teams and partners. Provide regular updates on commission performance and adjustments. Analyze commission program performance and identify opportunities for improvements. Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes, working with internal stakeholders to ensure fair outcomes. Utilize commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and ensure accurate commission tracking. Partner with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems teams to ensure commission programs are executed effectively and compliant with policies and contracts.
