Overview

Senior Information Technology Analyst role with Maersk. Responsible for supporting and driving the implementation of new customers and systems, collaborating with operations to identify IT solutions, contributing to digital transformation, and maintaining daily IT operation and system support.

Responsibilities
  • Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems
  • Work with operations closely to identify and implement IT solutions
  • Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Document and support the implementation of business processes
  • Create technical documents, including business requirements documents and process maps
  • Prepare functional business specifications for development
  • System configuration and setup
  • Conduct functional unit testing for the development of Functional Business Requirements
  • Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends
  • Test and implement new functions
  • Provide training on systems and processes
  • Provide hyper care during go-live
  • Responsible for daily IT operation and system support
  • Manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures
  • Support disaster recovery rehearsals, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume handling
Qualifications
  • Familiar with supply chain management
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements
  • Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI or API integration
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer-focused with effective communication skills
  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel
