Operations and Administrative Assistant, onsite in Ortigas, day shift. Day 1 HMO. Full-time position.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple business units.
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and coordinate events.
- Support teams to ensure smooth workflows and efficient operations.
- Liaise with shared services teams (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Facilities) for routine requests and follow-ups.
- Support implementation of operational policies and procedures as directed by management.
- Maintain management systems by updating records and ensuring documentation is current.
- Perform basic data entry, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.
- Respond to routine staff queries and escalate issues to managers as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience & Attributes
- 3 or more years in an equivalent role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software tools for collaboration
