What You\'ll Do

Be part of our client\'s team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst , ensuring accuracy in payment records, resolving disputes, and supporting smooth financial operations. What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Intacct, NetSuite, or Salesforce is preferred but not required
• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience

What You'll Handle

• Contact customers, send aging reports, and issue invoices to secure balances
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are accurate
• Research discrepancies through billing and bank records, coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Billing teams
• Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues when necessary
• Record and update customer account information
• Participate in cross-training and management-assigned projects
