What You'll Do Every DayBe part of our client's team as a Billing Analyst , responsible for ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and collaborating with finance and sales teams. You will analyze billing data, resolve discrepancies, and lead improvements that enhance efficiency—all while working in a role that values both your career and your well-being.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and financial analysis
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Netsuite), and strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Create and issue invoices with accuracy to ensure timely revenue collection
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate practices
- Lead initiatives to enhance processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Understand the end-to-end revenue impact of billing and credits, including deferred revenue implications
- Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by management, including cross-training within the department
