Job Overview

Responsibilities

• As a Product Engineer, manage product change and design control for globally branded products, ensuring compliance, high performance, and alignment with industry standards.
• Lead product launches, resolve technical issues, and contribute to innovation from concept to completion.
• Execute Design Change procedures, maintain technical files and specifications, and support supply chain alignment.
• Coordinate with external manufacturers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Support testing, validation, and regulatory compliance activities (DFMEA, ISO testing, environmental/condition testing, regulatory marks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related Science
• 5+ years in engineering, product design, or specification development
• 3+ years in project management
• Ability to read and generate product drawings and specifications
• Product sourcing experience and understanding of product life cycle
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers
• Experience in product design/change control
• Experience with FDA and/or EUDAMED regulated devices
• Knowledge of GS-1 / UDI / GUDI / barcode procedures
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or NetSuite)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
