Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company's client base and market reach through:
- Market research

Job DescriptionJob description : The Business Development Officer works with the department Head/Team Head in developing product plans and strategies to drive the profitability of Cash Management products and services to achieve overall objectives of the organization. He/She handles initiatives for assigned Cash Management product/s and service/s.
Basic qualifications :
- College Graduate
- At least two (2) years’ experience in the areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably acquired in the banking industry

What You will be doing :
- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
What You Must Possess :
- 2+ years\' of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
- Great negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Salary : Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Job Summary :
- Performs all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales and support of all Medtek product lines
- Prepares the plans and ensures the attainment of targets especially on new products and new customers and for the improvement of the sales team
- Creates product demand through promotional activities and new customers
- Prepares & submits comprehensive reports such as daily activity reports, itinerary reports, expense reports and monthly highlights in their assigned territory
- Prepare and follow systematic sales call plans in accordance to company standards
- Respects the territorial configuration of the sales map
- Extends assistance in the deliveries of products and ensure collection of the sold products
- Establishes customer relationships and executes customer service professionally
Job Specifications :
- Education – Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
- Experience – fresh graduates encouraged; 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing
- Skills – communication, sales & marketing capabilities; driving
- Licensing Requirements – nursing or medical technology board passer (preferred); valid driver’s license
- Other Requirements - willing to travel and be assigned in other areas
