What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring, and coaching? Looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry, gain direct management experience, and work closely with an iconic brand? In this role, you’ll support and motivate your team to meet client goals. You’ll handle associate questions, issues, and customer escalations while ensuring quality customer experience on every call. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring we meet client needs and acknowledging excellent performance.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery. We’re looking for a leader to act as one, encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and advance their careers.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
· Improve key success metrics such as:
o Customer Satisfaction Score
o Service Level Goals
o Quality Goals
· Coach associates to meet company and client goals, address employee issues, and coordinate training on new or revised information related to services, products, or processes
· Manage multiple complex tasks and projects efficiently, monitoring team attendance and absence

· Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent experience
