Exceptional people motivation, organizational and event planning skills. Creative and Results driven type personality. The successful candidate will be expected to exceed the needs of the business and ensure that employee morale is constantly being focused on. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organizes all Company sponsored special events (Birthdays, Employee Recognition Programs, employee appreciation, new customer celebrations, work through lunch coordination, etc. off-site Company events and others as needed) Serve on Activities committees Hosts new hire employee orientation developsideas for morale building activities to continuously improve morale and best practices Manages the Asurion Suggestion Program Ensures that all methods of communication are clear and available to all employees in a timely manner Participate in developing department goals and objectives Other duties as assigned About Asurion At Asurion, every one of us is a leader, from individual contributors to the senior team.
