With 18-20 years of experience handling HR-related duties and responsibilities.
Knowledgeable in labor laws and payroll processing, benefits administration, government statutory submissions, last pay processing, and annual tax filing requirements.
Knowledgeable in CnB Philosophy, Salary Structure/Design, Salary Differentiation between positions/levels.
With experience handling CnB matters for over 1,000 employees in the Manufacturing set-up.
With shuttle service or vehicle/transpo allowance, SL/VL/other leavers, other allowances, HMO, 13th month, bonus, yearly performance salary increase, life insurance, rice subsidy, Employee Wellness Activities & Engaging Company Facilities, etc.
Interview process: 1st Online HR, Online Exam (Cognitive, Personality, Integrity), 2nd Onsite Hiring Section Manager, 3rd Onsite Hiring Section Head/General Manager, 4th Onsite Business Director and Company President. Each interview on separate date.

Job DescriptionResponsible for smooth administration and communication of company and statutory benefits programs. Maintain and manage C&B practices and policies to ensure consistent implementation approach across the organization. Provide support to other HR functions related to the execution of efficient solutions and appropriate documentation for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enroll new and promoted employees in Company benefits programs, including dependents, as applicable.
- Monitors employee list to ensure all active employees are entitled to the benefits and removes separated employees from the programs.
- Facilitates timely and accurate availment of both company and statutory benefits programs.
- Communicates Statutory and Company benefit programs to all employees, including orientation of benefits programs for new employees, newly promoted employees, and to all employees on new/revised benefits programs.
- Calculate and process accurate payroll deductions and payments
- Prepare and submit pertinent reports and records to governmental agencies, third party vendor surveys, etc.
- Lead and support benefits-related projects such wellness campaigns, policy rollouts etc.
- Develop project plans related to benefits process enhancements.
- Ensures Company compliance with statutory and labor laws
- Assist employees with C&B related questions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Conduct business with the highest legal and ethical standards
- Demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with onsemi facilities
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration.
- Experience managing or supporting HR/benefits projects.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong mathematical and computation skills
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office including knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a courteous and pleasant manner
