Setting individual sales targets and delegating responsibility for client to sales team. Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Build and promote strong long-lasting client relationship. Overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and performance of the sales team. Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses. With available cluster of accounts to top. At least with 3 years experience in architectural projects or in Construction firm a must. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
