Has a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of the clients and has the capacity of interpreting said requirements. Furthermore, he/she is required to providing technical information, key account management, developing new accounts, and reviving the lost business. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics / Chemistry / Biology. At least 2 Years of working experience in the field of Sales, R&D, or QA is required for this position. Professional experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry will be an advantage. A holder of valid Professional / Non-Professional Driver's License. Good Presentation / Demonstration Skills. Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Job Description Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. Updates job knowledge by studying new products. Writes letters and business correspondence to suppliers as needed. Closes new accounts. Builds rapport, provides technical information and explanation and prepares quotations and purchase orders. Develops current accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining the technical features of the products. Promotes products through end-user calls, training, product demonstrations, trade shows, and other activities required to deliver ingredients to customers. Takes initiative to resolve and suggest solutions to potential issues with customers and suppliers. Able to successfully maintain and grow his/her business. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Ensures that all credits/credit terms given to customers are monitored and controlled effectively. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitors’ information and trends.
