What You’ll Do Strategic Growth & Partnerships
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new market opportunities that align with the company’s vision.

  • Build and nurture high-level partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

  • Develop business models and revenue strategies that deliver sustainable growth.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor the Senior Business Development Manager and the wider BD team.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

Revenue & Performance Management
  • Oversee strategies for client retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling .

  • Monitor and analyze market and partner data to provide actionable insights.

  • Track performance against KPIs, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, reporting, and forecasting.

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

  • Support HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) activities and company-wide initiatives.

  • Implement continuous improvements to processes, frameworks, and partner engagement strategies.

Who We’re Looking For Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field.

  • MBA is an advantage.

Experience
  • Minimum 13 years of business development experience , with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role .

  • Background in financial technology or related industries is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering measurable growth.

  • Strong experience in Revenue Performance Management.

  • Account Growth & Retention – Skilled in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Confident in making high-stakes, high-impact decisions.

  • Professionalism & Integrity – Transparent, fair, and accountable in all dealings.

Work Environment & Expectations
  • Professional office-based role with occasional travel required.

  • Sedentary work with moderate physical activity (e.g., meetings, presentations).

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
