Job Description Experience: Proven track record providing comprehensive Business Central software demonstrations and consulting services to Food and Beverage customers and partners worldwide. Background: Food & Beverage industry experience; solution consulting demonstrating ERP software with preference for Business Central. BC & ISV consulting experience additionally considered. Soft skills in presentations and dealing with external parties are an advantage. Territory: Global market, based in Manila, Philippines. Primary focus with partners, prospects and customers in the Asia‑Pacific region. Desired: Experienced in Food & Beverage ERP. Provide solutions consulting services to Aptean’s Vertical ERP customers. Align with the management team and cross‑functional Aptean & partner teams in qualifying customer needs and performing pre‑demo needs analysis. Provide the required technical expertise to develop uniquely differentiated value propositions for customers. Demonstrate the Aptean F&B ERP and associated products. Help partners with technical/architectural/design/configuration queries. Respond to requests for information, proposals, and demo preparation. Stay current on product developments/releases, including market and technology trends. Possibility of travel when required. The Successful Candidate At least 7 years of ERP consulting/pre‑sales/solution architecture experience, with at least 4 years on the Microsoft Business Central platform. Experience working in a Food and Beverage firm or with clients in that industry. Strong understanding and experience in both ERP consulting and pre‑sales, especially with Process Manufacturing. Ability to map user requirements into functional requirements and vice versa, depending on audience. Demonstrated ability to build and develop key relationships with cross‑functional departments, customers and prospects. Strong English written and verbal communication skills to facilitate presentations, product demonstrations, internal meetings, and client‑facing conversations. Adaptability in a fast‑moving technology environment, with critical thinking and strong functional, technical and interpersonal skills.
