Customer Frontline Solutions (CFS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer to join in one of our accounts

If you have a strong background in credit and collection, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply

As an AR Officer, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the collection of accounts by initiating contact all level of customers organization as appropriate.
  • Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Generate Financial Statements and reports stailing accounts receivable status
  • Credit Evaluation and processing of new customers applying for credit terms through trade and bank checking
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Assist with month-end closing

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in Credit & Collection.
  • Must possess at least graduate of bachelor's degree in accounting would be an advantage.
  • Computer Literate - Proficient Microsoft Office / Google Docs.
  • Proficiency in SAP Accounting software.
  • Has high attention to detail.
  • Can work under pressure and with less supervision.
