Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs, requirements, and future plans. Effectively invite and encourage delegates to register for events via phone calls and follow-up emails. Respond to inquiries from leads and provide timely, accurate information about event details, registration, and benefits. Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed attendees and maximizing revenue from delegate sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
