As a member in our Training and Conferences Sales team, this role involves end-to-end client management including: online and phone research, telesales, record keeping, resolving client issues and building customer relationships. Qualify potential leads through effective research like phone calls, emails and other methods Maintain regular engagement with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, requirements, inquiries and future plans.
