The job requires working on local time zone 1:00pm-10:00pm for our Africa market . As a member in our Training and Conferences Sales team, this role involves end-to-end client management including: online and phone research, telesales, record keeping, resolving client issues and building customer relationships. However, we welcome college level applicants with at least six (6) months or one (1) year experience in MICE industry, B2B outbound sales Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure Fast-learner and great passion for Sales Highly effective English communication skills both written and verbal Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig Responsibilities B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services. Qualify potential leads through effective research like phone calls, emails and other methods Maintain regular engagement with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, requirements, inquiries and future plans.
