Telesales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Leads Management and Sales Execution

1. Contact potential clients from Company-provided leads via phone.
2. Present and explain loan products, terms, and requirements to clients.
3. Identify client needs and match them with the most suitable loan product.
4. Persuade and convert leads into successful loan applications.
5. Meet or exceed monthly loan application and approval targets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

1. Establish rapport with prospective clients and address their inquiries professionally.
2. Follow through on leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
3. Provide clients with assistance in completing loan applications and submitting requirements.
4. Maintain excellent client service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Reporting and Compliance

1. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
2. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
3. Ensure compliance with Company policies and lending regulations.
4. Provide feedback to Telesales Supervisor on client concerns and market trends.

Personal Development

1. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide better client support.

Other Sales-related Tasks

1. Perform other Sales-related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Telesales Supervisor.
2. Support special projects, campaigns, or initiatives as required to achieve business objectives.
