You will make a direct impact by: Producing precise plumbing drawings, specifications, and riser diagrams aligned with building codes. Developing design calculations and equipment sizing to ensure efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide fully coordinated, construction-ready project delivery. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have progressive experience in plumbing and fire protection design for residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects. Technical Skills: You’re proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and creating 3D models, riser diagrams, and construction documentation. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IPC, IBC, and applicable NYC, NYS, and NJ building and energy codes. Strengths: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across disciplines. Bonus Points: Familiarity with sustainable plumbing design, water conservation strategies, and LEED standards.
