In this role, your mission is to design and deliver high-quality plumbing and fire protection systems that meet global standards. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Producing precise plumbing drawings, specifications, and riser diagrams aligned with building codes.
  • Developing design calculations and equipment sizing to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide fully coordinated, construction-ready project delivery.

This Role Is for You If…

  • Experience: You have progressive experience in plumbing and fire protection design for residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
  • Technical Skills: You’re proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and creating 3D models, riser diagrams, and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of IPC, IBC, and applicable NYC, NYS, and NJ building and energy codes.
  • Strengths: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across disciplines.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with sustainable plumbing design, water conservation strategies, and LEED standards.
