Job Summary: Our World Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to serve as a vital link between sales representatives and internal teams. This fully remote, independent contractor role involves managing communication, handling sales agreements, resolving escalations, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations within the sales department.

Work Setup
  • This is an independent contractor role.
  • Full remote setup – work from anywhere.

  • Weekly pay cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales department and other internal teams, facilitating effective collaboration and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate the distribution of sales agreements to sales representatives, ensuring that all relevant documents are accurate and complete.
  • Monitor the status of sales agreements, follow up with sales representatives for updates, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Address and resolve escalations or concerns raised by sales representatives in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders, such as sales managers or department heads, and follow up until resolution is achieved.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to sales representatives regarding the status and progress of escalated matters.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintenance of sales records and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for sales representatives as required.
  • Support the sales department with ad-hoc projects, initiatives and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with sales representatives and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track agreements, and ensure compliance.
  • Problem-solving mindset to address concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
