Office Location: Chino Roces, Makati City, Philippines

Position: Sales Support Specialist I

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage client data such as customer profiles, projects, contacts, quotations, and sales orders in CRM systems.
  • Maintain and update sales databases to ensure accuracy and current information.
  • Prepare and present sales reports in collaboration with team members.
  • Maintain sales-related documentation, including sales trackers, client files, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as project management and finance, to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus but not required.

Work Setup and Hours:

  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm or 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm PHT, Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid work setup.
