Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Megaworld Makati Sales Careers. The role is based in Makati with some work from home flexibility. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Daily tasks include market research, sales presentations, client meetings, property tours, and negotiation.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Conduct market research, prepare sales presentations, meet with clients, and conduct property tours.
  • Negotiate terms and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in commercial real estate and residential real estate
  • Sales skills and a proven track record in real estate sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Metro Manila
  • Has laptop to work with
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
