This role will be based in **6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines**.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Provides strategic and operational support to the sales team across multiple initiatives and activities: + Sales analytics and support work such as demand planning and forecast review + Sales operations such as customer strategy execution, marketing activation + Sales enablement such as seller behavior training* Conducts detailed analysis of customer purchasing patterns and identify strategic opportunities for product transitions* Engages cross-functional teams—including supply chain, value chain optimization (VCO), customer service, and several other key stakeholders—to ensure strategic alignment and deliver sales performance and customer success* Collaborates closely with the sales team to implement strategic initiatives, communicate execution plans, and report performance progress, fostering alignment across the organization and enhancing customer engagement* Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders and across all organizational levels to ensure successful execution of account strategies and support business objectives* Proactively explore opportunities to improve work processes and collaborations with others through the use of GenAI or automation**About You**We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
