Your role As aSales Support Specialist for online marketing, you will have to serve the requirements of online UITF inquiries. In order to invest in SB Unit Investment Trust Funds (SB Funds), the investor must first speak with a Certified UITF Marketing Personnel who passed the UITF Certification Program by TOAP (Trust Officers Association Philippines) on their investment/s as well as the risks associated with their investment/s. In addition, you will also act as a backup to our Sales Support Specialist on UITF branch servicing requirements, perform administrative work for TAMG Sales, data extraction, encoding transactions in Prospero as well as perform UAT from time to time, and is in charge of if email blasts to our clients and partners and help out in DIMA. To service the requirements of online UITF inquiries To handle UITF branch servicing requirements To perform administrative work for TAMG Sales, data extraction Encode transactions in Prospero as well as perform UAT from time to time Ensures that clients receive their requirements (daily NAVU, Monthly SOAs) In charge of email blasts to our clients and partners (Market Updates/Announcements.
