There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).

CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines .

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provides strategic and operational support to the sales team across multiple initiatives and activities:
  • Sales analytics and support work such as demand planning and forecast review
  • Sales operations such as customer strategy execution, marketing activation
  • Sales enablement such as seller behavior training
  • Conducts detailed analysis of customer purchasing patterns and identify strategic opportunities for product transitions
  • Engages cross-functional teams—including supply chain, value chain optimization (VCO), customer service, and several other key stakeholders—to ensure strategic alignment and deliver sales performance and customer success
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team to implement strategic initiatives, communicate execution plans, and report performance progress, fostering alignment across the organization and enhancing customer engagement
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders and across all organizational levels to ensure successful execution of account strategies and support business objectives
  • Proactively explore opportunities to improve work processes and collaborations with others through the use of GenAI or automation

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Knowledgeable in ERP and CRM tools
  • Good understanding of order to cash processes and profit and loss commercial acumen
  • Sales / marketing / supply chain experiences will help assimilate quickly into the work culture and specialty chemical manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, effective communication and project management knowledge
  • With digital fluency such as Low Code, Power BI and Power Automate
  • Ability to converse foreign languages Mandarin or Japanese or Korean is a plus
