Key Responsibilities Supervise the accounts receivable team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in billing and collections. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and manage delinquent accounts. Oversee the invoicing process to ensure all sales transactions are billed accurately and in a timely manner. Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and take action on overdue accounts. Manage the credit approval process and assess customer creditworthiness in collaboration with finance leadership. Ensure accurate application of payments and reconciliation of accounts. Handle escalated issues related to billing errors, payment disputes, or customer concerns. Coordinate monthly AR closing procedures and support financial audits. Generate regular reports on accounts receivable performance, cash flow, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and bad debt reserves. Develop and maintain AR policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; identify areas for development and performance improvement. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve account issues and improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Skills & Competencies Solid understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and credit control. Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
