Job DescriptionJob Title: Client Excellence Coordinator
About TOA Global: TOA Global is a global company supporting accounting professionals with opportunities and career development across multiple regions. This role is part of TOA Global’s client excellence and accounting support functions.
About the Role- Document Collection & Review — Gather and organize client financial information (paystubs, bank statements, expense details). Conduct structured calls; follow up via emails and texts.
- IRS Form & File Prep — Review IRS transcripts, draft forms (433-A/D, CDP, TAS); handle fax communications.
- Database Management — Log notes, deadlines, follow-ups; update financials to keep workflows current.
- Client Communication — Respond within 24 business hours; recap calls via email and system notes; maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration & Coverage — Coordinate with case specialists, cover peers when needed, and share best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
- 1–3 years in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Audit, or Tax
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Must be able to work PH night shift hours
- Aspiring Enrolled Agent (EA) license or desire to learn is a plus
