Client Services Manager

A Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining exceptional relationships with clients to provide best-in-class client experience. The main responsibilities include building rapport and developing strategic relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the client's operations are properly supported, and continually exploring areas of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to enhance service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer service or client management, preferably in a BPO environment.
