Lead Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and Google ads) We’re looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to manage full-scale SEO and paid advertising strategies for clients across Google and Meta platforms. This client-facing role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, involving the development of systems and processes for a new service offering. You’ll be responsible for SEO strategy, Google Ads management, Meta ad campaigns, content creation, and performance reporting . The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer who can work independently, build efficient processes, and deliver measurable results. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.7 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week working New Zealand business hours Schedule: Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM New Zealand time (with 30-minute unpaid break) Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive SEO strategies for clients from initial consultation through execution Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis Perform website audits to identify and implement SEO best practices Create and write SEO-optimized blog content and web copy Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns from campaign creation to optimization Execute paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms Build and implement digital marketing systems and processes from scratch Provide end-to-end campaign management including conversion tracking and reporting Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients Requirements Proven expertise in SEO strategy development and execution Strong experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive website SEO audits Experience with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms Strong content writing skills for SEO-optimized blogs and web content Ability to work independently and establish new processes and systems Experience working with clients in a service-based environment HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
