The client is seeking a creative and mission aligned Content and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the full content lifecycle from concept to publication. This high impact, part time position involves repurposing podcast and event footage into engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a digital marketer who is comfortable using AI tools, skilled in content editing, and passionate about meaningful messaging. Key Responsibilities Content Management and Editing: Create engaging short clips from podcast, retreat, and event footage for reels, shorts, and blogs. Repurpose content using AI tools such as Opus Clip and ChatGPT to create blog posts, captions, and email content. Create, proofread, and edit new and existing content based on input provided. Create transcripts from audio and video content for use in blog and social media posts. Digital Marketing and SEO: Manage all social media platforms including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement with a focus on growing reach and consistency. Post and optimize blog and website content for SEO. Assist in executing email marketing campaigns. Creative and Administrative Support: Design marketing materials, graphics, brochures, and promotional content in Canva. Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent publishing and campaign coordination. Collaborate closely with leadership to align all digital efforts with the brand’s mission and message. Assist leadership with special projects as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional English fluency. Proficiency in key tools such as ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Canva, Go High Level, WordPress, and Google Suite. Basic video editing skills for repurposing long form content into shorts and reels. Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and basic SEO principles. Tech savvy and efficient with AI driven workflows. Ability to deeply understand the client’s brand, tone, and message oriented mission. Creative, detail oriented, and highly organized.
