ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in digital user acquisition and performance marketing for international online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Facebook, Google, and other programmatic channels, and the ability to develop creative, data-driven strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and innovation to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced digital environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within highly regulated or competitive online industries. Advanced SEO/SEM — deep understanding of search engine algorithms, backlink structures, and penalty recovery Traffic analysis & conversion tracking — mastery of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ClickFunnels, etc. Automation tools and scripting — Python, JavaScript, or tools like Selenium for scraping or data collection (ethically used) A/B testing and funnel optimization Using non-traditional channels for lead generation (Reddit, Discord, niche forums, etc.) Viral content and community manipulation strategies (within rules) Affiliate and CPA marketing tactics , including tracking pixels and conversion attribution Ad cloaking awareness — knowing how platforms detect and block deceptive ads (useful for staying compliant) Understanding bot detection , proxy networks , and traffic filtering (important for both offense and defense) Familiarity with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Awareness of phishing, spoofing, and fraud-prevention mechanisms on ad platforms With SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) Ad tracking (Voluum, Binom, RedTrack) Automation/scraping tools (Apify, PhantomBuster, custom bots) Cloaking & redirect tools (for educational or security testing purposes) Solid knowledge of the Indian market (Indian geo) , including audience behavior, cultural nuances, and digital trends. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and user acquisition for a global digital entertainment platform. Manage advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Facebook, Google, and other digital channels, ensuring full compliance with platform and advertising policies. Utilize advanced targeting, segmentation, and optimization techniques, with a strong understanding of the Indian market (Indian geo) to effectively reach and engage target audiences. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to improve ROI and achieve growth objectives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, compliance standards, and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to the Indian online audience landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics, and product) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and brand messaging. Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and continuous campaign improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
