Position Details Position: Marketing Manager Business Hours: 6 AM - 2 PM EST Compensation: 1,000 - 2,000 USD Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Type: Full‑Time Contractor Role Overview We are hiring a Marketing Manager, a strategic and creative marketing leader ready to take ownership of brand growth, campaign direction, and team leadership within a rapidly scaling agency. The right candidate will have experience working in a marketing agency, particularly handling personal brands such as speakers, coaches, professionals, and high‑ticket events. A strong marketing background with the ability to develop and execute full‑funnel strategies that align with sales objectives is essential. This position requires someone who demonstrates hands‑on campaign management, team leadership, and strategic thinking, along with the ability to work flexible hours to meet client deliverables and campaign timelines, which can include (pre‑scheduled) weekend hours. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns (paid media, email, content, and social) across multiple client accounts. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Creative, and Executive teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable results. Lead copywriting efforts across campaigns — including ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, and social media content — ensuring all messaging aligns with each client’s voice, brand positioning, and conversion goals. Edit, proofread, and optimize copy to enhance clarity, engagement, and performance based on analytics and audience feedback. Work with designers and content creators to produce cohesive storytelling across visuals and copy. Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide creative and strategic decisions. Support the COO and CEO in planning and executing high‑impact marketing initiatives that drive growth and client success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience with proven leadership or project ownership. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, copywriting, analytics, and brand development. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Monday.com, Slack, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other marketing automation or analytics platforms.
