We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Accounting Manager to join our team at YHM CITY LIGHTING CO LTD' in the vibrant city of Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key customer accounts, and overseeing the accounting operations of our company. As a Sales & Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial part in our continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Manage and nurture relationships with our key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and accounting teams. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the lighting or related industry Strong background in financial management and accounting, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis. With knowledge on Consignment on sales and its accounting procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools. Familiar with counter sales, invoicing, inventory and POS.
