Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Formulate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning to drive sales. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments—marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive, customer‑centric approach. Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective measures as needed. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high‑performing sales teams. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management roles. Deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.
