Overview Location: Philippines What you'll do Track & Analyze Operational Performance: Monitor key logistics KPIs to spot trends and identify gaps. Raise Flags Early: Issue alerts or tickets to operations teams when performance falls below benchmarks, acting as the early warning system for the logistics network. Deliver Insights, Drive Improvement: Analyze historical operational data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support Fast Decision-Making: Escalate critical issues to the Command Center Manager in real time to ensure smooth and timely interventions. Provide Predictive Analysis: Leverage trends to forecast potential disruptions and help the team stay one step ahead. Keep Everyone in the Loop: Create clear and timely reports to inform the Command Center Manager and keep operations aligned. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or any related field At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics operations, demonstrating practical knowledge of supply chain processes Technical proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, GPS/Fleet Management Systems, and other statistical software Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights Proficiency in data management and visualization techniques to organize and present information effectively Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate and convey information clearly across teams Open to working in a flexible schedule or shifting hours to support 24/7 operations Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst, Administrative, and Management Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Additional Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
