What is your mission?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Billing Analyst to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer shipments, validating vendor charges, and maximizing revenue per transaction. You will play a key role in collaborating with vendor relations to resolve discrepancies, gathering billing documents, and executing invoice adjustments when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with advanced Excel skills and experience in logistics billing to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Gather vendor charges to prepare shipments for billing.
  • Bill customers accurately for all corporate stations.
  • Verify vendor charges and escalate discrepancies to Vendor Relations.
  • Execute invoice adjustments for vendor overcharges.
  • Ensure all required billing documents are complete (PODs, BOLs, reference fields).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve missing information.
Who are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst, preferably in a logistics environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other formulas).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a logistics or freight company is a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to submit an audio clip as part of the application process.
