Basic Qualification
- Graduate of any 4-year or 5 years course, preferably in Engineering,
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCad and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
The Technical Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Technical Services Group. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of technical programs, documentation control, reporting, procurement coordination, and interdepartmental communication. The position serves as a key support in organizing and tracking technical initiatives related to maintenance planning, sustainability, and compliance across all Business Units.
