Why Join Us? As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our commercial department. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient coordination, and compliance with project and company standards, supporting cost control, procurement, and contract administration processes. Your Role Maintain and update trackers for RFQs, payment certificates, submittals, variations, and correspondence logs. Ensure proper filing and referencing of all commercial documentation (both soft and hard copies). Assist in preparation, review, and submission of invoices, payment applications, and commercial reports. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to verify supporting documents. Manage daily administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and preparing minutes. Maintain registers for subcontracts, supplier agreements, and related documentation. Monitor timesheets, expense claims, and other cost-control documents for accuracy. Compile commercial correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Provide support during internal/external audits and commercial reviews. Follow up on approvals, submissions, and outstanding documents with relevant departments. Perform other duties as required, aligned with the needs of the business. What We’re Looking For Trade Test Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability High attention to detail and accuracy Team‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with procurement, cost‑control processes, or ERP/document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) What We Offer Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.
