Overview

The Client Executive-Commercial is responsible for administrative and securing sales for the company through leasing of company-owned commercial units by prospective clients. This position requires excellent customer service, familiarity with the properties to lease, study property listings, prospecting, negotiation, initiative, and an in-depth understanding of procedures. It provides support to the department in achieving targets and quotas. It evaluates what are the needs and intentions of both clients and investors to promote the brand well.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and secure sales for the company through leasing of company-owned commercial units to prospective clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and knowledge of properties available for lease.
  • Study property listings, prospect for clients, negotiate terms, and take initiative to meet targets and quotas.
  • Evaluate the needs and intentions of both clients and investors to promote the brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial leasing or equivalent, with good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
