About the role As the 3PL Pricing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing the pricing strategies and contract negotiations for the company's third-party logistics services. The position plays a key role in supporting the 3PL Sourcing Senior Manager by ensuring data accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment between operations, sales, and business development teams. What you'll be doing Maintain, update, and monitor trucking and motorcycle rate databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop rate computations and costing templates based on customer requirements and operational realities. Ensure all cost components are accurately factored intro pricing models. Conduct benchmarking and analysis of logistics market rates and trends. Recommend rate adjustments to maintain competitive and profitable pricing structures and support in the preparation of rate proposals for client bids, tenders, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales Teams to provide pricing support for clients inquiries, proposals, and new accounts. Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Sourcing to validate costing assumptions and ensure profitability targets are met. Prepare and present regular reports to management for decision-making support. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline pricing and documentation workflows. What we're looking for Graduate of any four‑year course. Minimum 2 years' job related experience. Proficient in the use MS Office applications. Data analysis and reporting skills. Knowledgeable in logistics operations. Above average communication skills, people skills, presentation skills, leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
