Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Supervisor to lead key account initiatives and support marketing efforts to help grow our brand and sales performance. This role is responsible for overseeing Key Account Specialists (KAS), managing strategic trade partnerships, and supporting brand‑building and market development efforts in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales leadership, brand management, and business development expertise. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide Key Account Specialists (KAS) to ensure attainment of sales volume, value, market share, credit terms, and trade partnership objectives. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is required for this Sales Supervisor role. Conduct periodic skills review of supervised KASs to identify and address gaps as well as provide applicable training as needed. Formulate and execute marketing and trade strategies aimed at achieving sales growth and profitability targets. Support management in developing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with overall corporate goals. Lead initiatives to identify new business domains and create distribution partnerships through proactive business development. Participate in creating accurate sales forecasts and support in the development of annual sales projections. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and buyers; influence increased order volume and optimized product distribution. Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management experience is mandatory for this position. Ensure effective product assortment in retail channels and address distribution gaps by selling in new lines. Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual pricing and promotional agreements. Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market activity; provide actionable insights to management. Analyze sales performance per key account and provide strategic recommendations to KAS. Consolidate and validate stock requests and coordinate emergency POs to minimize out‑of‑stock situations. Support brand‑building efforts through brand activation, category/channel planning, and integrated marketing communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or a related course. 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with solid exposure to the FMCG or consumer goods industry. Specific experience in Food & Beverages FMCG industry segment is required for the 3‑5 years experience requirement. Strong background in brand management and business development. Proven track record in driving sales growth, developing accounts, and executing brand strategies. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Brand Activation, Integrated Marketing Communications, Shopper Insight, Financial Analysis & Brand Profitability, Forecasting, and Category & Channel Planning. Adept in sales reporting, data analysis, and project management. Innovative, detail‑oriented, and capable of developing and leading teams.
