Monee Credit is the financing arm within Monee providing consumers, entrepreneurs, and businesses with more flexibility and freedom to achieve their aspirations. Our products aim to help underbanked or New-to-Credit users get easy access to funds to make more purchases on the Shopee platform. SPayLater is our consumer financing solution that aims to help our users gain financial freedom with fewer limitations – all through a seamless digital experience. SPayLater offers Shopee users the freedom to buy immediately, but with the choice of paying for their purchases later. SLoan for Sellers is the Seller/SME Loans product that will allow sellers to take out loans to finance their Shopee business operations. SLoans is the Consumer Cash Loans product that will allow users to take out cash loans. Responsibilities: Analyse campaign, customer, and market data to uncover trends and growth opportunities. Translate findings into compelling insights and recommendations for marketing and product teams. Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring campaigns align with product strategy and brand positioning. Lead day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and post-campaign reviews for assigned products. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimise performance and ensure data accuracy. Prepare clear reports and visual summaries that drive decision-making and business alignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in product or performance marketing, analytics, or financial services marketing. Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to turn data into clear narratives and actions. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently. Excellent communication and attention to detail; comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
