Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive Madimack's digital marketing strategy across Australia, New Zealand, the US and Canada. This role will oversee all digital channels including social media (organic and paid), Google Ads, SEO/SEM and website optimisation, ensuring strong performance outcomes and a seamless customer experience. Managing a team of digital specialists and external partners, the role is central to scaling Madimack's digital presence, driving ROI and supporting our position as a global leader in pool technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Madimack's digital marketing strategy across regions
  • Oversee end-to-end management of all digital channels: social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, Google Ads and websites
  • Drive website optimisation and UX improvements to maximise lead generation, online sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, and coordinate with agencies or contractors
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth and ROI
  • Ensure content calendars, campaign plans and paid media initiatives align with brand and product marketing priorities
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, brand, sales) to deliver integrated global campaigns

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field
  • Postgraduate study or certification in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM or Data Analytics is an advantage

Experience

  • 6–8 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Proven track record managing social media (organic and paid), Google Ads, SEO/SEM and website optimisation across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated success in scaling digital performance, improving conversion rates and delivering measurable ROI
  • Experience managing a team of digital specialists, agencies or contractors
  • Strong exposure to global or multi-region digital campaigns (AU, NZ, US, CA preferred)
  • Exposure to eCommerce marketing, programmatic display, retargeting and affiliate channels is an advantage

Skills

  • Strategic and technical expertise: in-depth knowledge of social platforms, search marketing, SEO best practice, website UX optimisation and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.); familiarity with eCommerce funnels, programmatic platforms and affiliate networks desirable
  • Performance and data-driven: ability to analyse KPIs, performance dashboards and campaign metrics to inform strategy and execution
  • Content and campaign management: skilled in overseeing content calendars, paid/organic campaigns and multi-channel performance; experience optimising campaigns for online sales is a plus
  • Project and stakeholder management: proven ability to manage multiple websites, platforms and cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Creative and adaptive thinking: stays ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates and innovations to drive growth
  • Communication skills: excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; confident liaising with global teams and external partners
